I updated my development environment today, and indeed, after upgrading
libuim-dev to the most recent version, the scim-uim package failed to
build.  And adding libm17n-dev as build-depends solve the problem.  I
haven't tested in pbuilder yet.

Another interesting observation is that although scim-uim 0.1.3-1 fails
to build in the current unstable, the old build (without m17n
dependency) seems to work fine.  The plugin uim.so in scim-uim doesn't
link to libm17n.so.0, while libuim.so.0 (whith uim.so links to) links to
libm17n.so.0.  A broken set-up as it seems, I can load scim-uim imengine
in scim without any problem, and the m17n IMs appear in my scim menu.
I'll play it a little more to see what's really going on here.
