Japanese user turns "Vertical lookup table" on.
When lookup table comes bottom of the display, some candidates go out of 
the range.
And this patch makes to raise the lookup table and shows all candidates.

This patch is written by ASHIE Takuro who is author of scim-anthy, 
scim-prime, etc for SCIM 1.2.x.
I modified for 1.3.x or later.
