For those interested, there is a bug report with patch:
    http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=295803
and there is going to be an NMU campaign in the future for this.  So if
somebody is using anthy it would be nice to test this patch.

I am interested in this, since I am planning to introduce debconf to
scim packages.  But (1) I don't use anthy (only libanthy0 through
scim-uim) and (2) I am not a DD anyway so I can't do NMU.  I am still
willing to test this patch if some DD offers to do the NMU though.
