[Pkg-ime-devel] enable to word-annotation functions of prime

Hi,

In sid and sarge, PRIME (Japanese PRedictive Input  Method Editor) is 0.8.6.
It supports word-annotation functions.
but it nees newest prime.scm
http://prime.sourceforge.jp/src/prime_2004-12-13.scm

If you want to use their funcions, please apply this dpatch to uim.
