First, I forgot to introduce Kasumi.
Kasumi is personal dictionary management tool for Anthy.
http://kasumi.sourceforge.jp/
It is default dictionary tool on scim-anthy.

Install:
deb http://everybody.good-day.net/~ikuya/debian/sarge/kasumi/ ./
deb-src http://everybody.good-day.net/~ikuya/debian/sarge/kasumi/ ./
# apt-get install kasumi
Please try it.
