I knew I would mess up somehow. :-) The binary package libscim6c2 now
correctly Confilicts and Replaces libscim6.
I've built the packages with GCC 4.0 and Xorg xlibs. I tested them in a
XFree86 xserver / Xorg xlibs environment, and it mostly works - although
I see small glithes like can't input in my gnome-dictionary applet.
I'll keep investigating.
Osamu, do you have time and good Internet access now to upload scim
packages? Or do you think I should ask for more comments (on
debian-mentor list, for example)? In my opinion the scim package in SVN
is good for an unstable upload now. The only changes need to be made
before upload is to change the changelog entry to 1.2.3-1 (and set the
distribution to unstable). What is your opinion about this?
