I fixed this issue and the package was sponsor uploaded to
testing-proposed-updates by Kenshi Muto <kmuto@kmuto.jp> (thanks Muto-san!).
sary-ruby (1.1.0.1-1sarge1) testing-proposed-updates; urgency=low
* debian/control: Fixed the build-dependency on libsary-dev.
* debian/10_fix_to_adapt_debian_ruby_policy.dpatch: Removed the old
workaround for mkmf.rb of ruby1.8 (closes: #305909).
The change is simply removing the unnecessary patch and correct the
build-dependency. Could you please approve it for sarge?
