[Pkg-ime-devel] scim-chinese package broken

Greetings,
Currently the scim-chinese package is in a broken state when used with 
the latest scim package:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
scim-chinese: Depends: scim (>= 1.0.2) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: scim (< 1.1) but it is not going to be installed
E: Broken packages

Is anyone working on resolving this? If not I'd like to take a look at 
it, scim without the ability to type in Chinese is useless to me.
