Dear folks,

After a few private discussions Arne Goetje and Minghua. We think we
found a way to improve SCIM support in Debian.

Currently, SCIM has im-switch's config file, but it doesn't detect if
im-switch or m17n-env has installed.

If it detects im-switch and m17n-env, and then show up a dialog to ask
users if they want to configure the input method with im-switch or
m17n-env would be really nice.

But we not sure that would cause any potential problem?
And how to make pre-user configuration work?

Please give us your comments.
