Makes sense. I've removed the myanmar3 xml files from the repository, and changed the names of the "padauk" and "bitstream vera" xml files to avoid name clashes (part of the derivative works clause).

I embedded Padauk (for the Burmese text) and Bitstream Vera Sans (for those viewing the pdf in Windows). Bitstream Vera has its own license (also included) which allows almost unlimited re-distribution, and Padauk is OFL.

I've also added this information to "copyright".

Terribly sorry, that was a typo on my part. I meant to say "Generating Myanmar.model at *package build time* is not appropriate and way outside the scope of a romanisation library."

Actually, I'm pretty comfortable with your approach to "source". In that sense, "MyanmarList_v2.txt" (in libwaitzar's repository) is the definitive source for the romanisation.

Given "MyanmarList_v2.txt" and the relevant documentation, an independent developer can correct any minor errors in the model (Myanmar.model) simply by using a text editor.

If a third-party developer wants to create their own Myanmar.model, then they will need their own language model software. (For example, they might use weighted-difference pruning). Again, MyanmarList_v2.txt gives them everything they need.

That's my basic rationale; please tell me if it fits with your view of source.
