pkg-ime-devel don't have git repository.  So sunpinyin have not been uploaded
to any public vcs repository, I'm considering using the official git
in github.com
(I don't have upload privilege  now), or launchpad bazaar repository(I
have upload
privilege, but I'm not familiar with bazaar).
