Looks great, with one minor comment.  You have a target for
override_dh_auto_test but no body.  Is that intentional, and if so why?  (I'm
guessing there's some reason to disable `make test`?).  If it is intentional,
a comment would probably help other developers understand the reason for it,
instead of thinking it's a mistake.
