Please help me sponsor uploading gcin-2.7.6.1+dfsg-1 and see if there
is any problem on the package:

One of the changes is to set DM-Upload-Allowed to yes as you mentioned
last time. However, since I am not a DM yet and there is no DD signing
on my package signing key, I have to meet Kanru, Paul Liu or Andrew
Lee to sign on my key. (Some DDs signs on my weaker key in a party
long time ago.)
