Actually you don't need to worry about such policies very much, you
can always make a team upload to fix existing bugs or update to new
upstream release if nobody is object to that. That's what team
maintenance meant for.

But there is downside of team maintenance, just like the situation we
have now. I'm very much in concern of how to take care of new upstream
releases of IBus stack recently (as Daki said there will be an update,
though it is not a major release) because of no activity from people
who said to take the responsibility.

I can hunt important bugs for packages maintained by this team, but I
don't have that much time to keep an eye on everything. Say, besides
Fcitx stack, I will try my best to make sure the infrastructural
components of IBus working, and possibly the same for several related
packages that are most used, but I can hardly to keep the version up
to date or make any promise. Help is eagerly wanted.
