Daiki, can you update debian/control to:
valac-0.16 (>= 0.16.0),
libvala-0.16-dev (>= 0.16.0),
...

Since this has some reverse build dependencies, Daiki need to request
binNMU as described in http://release.debian.org/wanna-build.txt
