I made a upload of Debian package with dependency to gnome-icon-theme
only.  So this bug for current version is solved in a sense on Debian.
If Ubuntu automatic builder build it for them with my package, their
problem should away.

This is another solution, too.  If you release next version with this
and if there are no other icons required, then I should remove
gnome-icon-theme dependency for that upcoming version.
