[Pkg-ime-devel] Upload an incompatible version of libchewing to experimental

Hi all,

libchewing has been multiarched, but still has a problem:
    it installs arch depend data file under /usr/share.

To fix this problem, it will break the compatible with some other packages.
Most of these packages should work just by rebuilding them, while some
packages may need some more work.

fcitx-chewing:
   I test it and it works with my the new libchewing with just rebuilding.

ibus-chewing:
   Cannot work by directly by rebuilding, and patches has been pushed to
   the git of it on alioth

scim-chewing:
   I test it and it works with my the new libchewing with just rebuilding.

ucimf-chewing:
  Not tested

uim-chewing:
   I test it and it works with my the new libchewing with just rebuilding.

gcin:
   I test it and it works with my the new libchewing with just rebuilding.

hime:
   I test it and it works with my the new libchewing with just rebuilding.

Please point out any package that may be effected by this upload
Thanks for your test and some more work (if needed).

I will upload this version to experimental first, and waiting for your
response.
If I get no response, I will consider to nmu the packages whose maintainer
didn't response.
