I'm sorry for my harsh tone previously.

So we basically agree on:
1. Make Debian compatible with the old convention of launching ibus-setup-*
2. Make IBus compatible with GNOME's new convention and announce it publicly.

For adding <setup> or not, I still think this single line of XML
ensures maximal compatibility. Though IBus seems to assume quite much
about paths, this actually violates the philosophy of Autotools and/or
GNU Coding Standard IIRC.

I won't push it too hard though; I'd respect upstream's decision. As
it is just an aesthetic problem in most cases after all.
