As a note, please do not import upstream tarball into the ibus-hangul git.

It already tracks the upstream git. Well, which policy to select is up
to the maintainers. But I believe tarball-based upstream tracking is
not a good way for debian package git. See debian/source/options for
ignoring diff of autotools generated files.
