[Pkg-ime-devel] Bug#702259: fcitx-rime: too much logging

fcitx-rime is filling ~/.xsession-error with too much logging.

The logging level needs to be adjusted somewhere...

btw, I'm setting severity to important for this bug raises privacy
concerns. (input sequence can be recovered from log easily.)
