[Pkg-ime-devel] Bug#694993: Bug#694993: opencc: Ship opencc.py in src/wrapper/python/

If we ship this file in libopencc1, should we make libopencc1 depend on python?
If not make it depends on, lintian will warning on it, while for this
only file, we get a new package,
it is so ugly.

Maybe we can ship this file in libopencc1 and override lintian warning?

@Osamu: 0.4.3-1 working well for me. Let's consider to push it to unstable?
