[Pkg-ime-devel] RFS: ibus-typing-booster -- [second try]

Hi IME Developers,

I'm looking to get some review on ibus-typing-booster and sponsor to
upload it to Debian. I've pushed my changes to our repository, package
is lintian but sadly I couldn't test it because I can't get ibus working
on my system.

Also ibus-typing-booster needs hunspell for working atm I've not added
recommendation or suggestion for hunspell libraries because I'm not sure
whether it should be recommends or suggests.

Can some one please review the package and suggests improvements needed?
