OK we need to upload it as such.

As I see:

pyzy-database-1.0.0.tar.bz2     9977983
pyzy.spec

So they include pyzy-database-1.0.0.tar.bz2 .  Considering this database
may be arch-indep.  We may be better off packaging separately.

(Although this is not pkg-ime package but considering people inviolved
and archive used, i hope it is OK to include it into pkg-ime.
