Thanks for the acknowledging this. :)

So if you look at the differences between the 1.2 and 1.3 releases:
https://github.com/Cangjians/libcangjie/compare/v1.2...v1.3

You'll see that there really is no other changes than the data fixes.

Which means a minimal patch would in fact just be the diff between 1.2
and 1.3. :)

So with my upstream hat on, I'd prefer you just upgrade to 1.3, which
as it happens already is in experimental.

But if due to the Debian policies you really prefer applying patches
to the Jessie package, then here are the 3 needed patches, to apply in
this order:

https://github.com/Cangjians/libcangjie/commit/3528d4abbae878e7a7056c3a5142c339ec01f31a.patch
https://github.com/Cangjians/libcangjie/commit/cfb40d51e3365a52a98c1f5eb36380d3cb81e62c.patch
https://github.com/Cangjians/libcangjie/commit/b5a37eae948ab8dbcb105723ab7313e465651e4e.patch

Or, if you prefer to have only one patch, then here's one I just made
which combines all three, and nothing else (i.e not even the version
bump):

https://bochecha.fedorapeople.org/tmp/0001-Multiple-data-fixes.patch

(don't mind the URL ;P)

Thanks a lot!
