Control: reassign -1 cmake-fedora 2.4.4-1

After discussing with upstream [0], we found that the release tarball
for cmake-fedora 2.4.4 in [1] does not match the git tag in [2], and
this issue gone when using git tag version of cmake-fedora.

In order to fix this issue, I will upload the git snapshot version of
cmake-fedora.
