[Pkg-ime-devel] Bug#776883: hime: [packaging]Missing dependency of libappindicator-dev causes hime lacking appindicator support

Hi, previously I found that hime in Ubuntu 14.10(possibly with 14.04) didn't
support AppIndicator icons even that upstream has already implemented it.
Checking out it's source package I found that appindicator development package
isn't listed as hime's build dependency and it's support will be disabled
during configure phase:

I've checked the source package in Debian and found the same issue.

Please fix it since it'll degrade hime's UX in Unity DE as Unity only supports
application icon based on appindicator from now on, refer:
