Hi,

fcitx-module-kimpanel suggests two KDE-related packages:
- kdebase-bin: according to the packaging Git was added for kdialog
- plasma-widgets-kimpanel: for the KIMPanel Plasma widget

Now kdialog is split in its own package (see also #885836 for
fcitx-ui-classic), and the Plasma widget is shipped as part of
plasma-desktop.

Patch attached for these changes.
