It can be decided now ;-)  No one said anything yet.

I guess there can be 3 choices:

1) Maintainer: IME Packaging Team <debian-input-method at lists.debian.org>
2) Maintainer: Input Method Team <debian-input-method at lists.debian.org>
3) Maintainer: Debian Input Method Team <debian-input-method at lists.debian.org>

I think 3) is the best choice if we all agree.
 * This makes clear it is part of Debian organizeation
 * IME is a bit cryptic.

Otherwise 1) is the smooth transition.
