    Following the protest of the International Community,The ECOWAS member of west Africa states,The World Bank,IMF and the instruction to the Office of the Presidency and National House of Assembly (His Exellency Blaise Compore)The President Federal Republic of Burkina-faso,that all outstanding foriegn debts such as Draft/Cheque Contract/Next of Kin Payment should be released to the benefeciaries forthwith unconditionally. It is with immense pleasure,that I inform you about the Board Management of the Central Bank of Burkina-faso (CBB)whom has deemed necessary to sway into action to release your Outstanding Payment,after this Approval of this payment by the International Monetray Fund (IMF).We Apologies for the delay of your Outstanding Payment.

  From the records of outstanding contractors due for payment with the Federal Government,your file  was discovered as next on the list of the outstanding contract Beneficiaries who have not yet received their payments.Therefore I wish to inform you now that the square peg is now in square whole,and can be voguish for that your payment is being processed and will be released to you as soon as you respond to this letter. 

Also note that from the records in our files your outstanding contract payment is (US$15.5 million United States Dollars).Kindly re-confirm to us the followings.

As soon as this information is received, your payment will be made to you via central bank of Bukina-faso CBB direct KTT 100/ Wire Transfer or our International/offshore Payment Center in Europe. You are to respond as soon as you receive this letter for further discussion.

We hereby assure you of receiving your funds Inheritance,Contract Cheque or lottery fund,into your bank account before the end of 48hrs via Telex wire. To avoid misdirection of fund, we advice you to reconfirm immediately to this office your "authentic receiving bank particulars" for your fund remittance,because this committee will not be held liable for any wrong transfer of fund.Kindly re-confirm  the followings:
