[PKG-IRC-Maintainers] ngird 18-1 in svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-irc, svn-buildpackage test please

Hi,

I just uploaded the changes in ngircd since 15-1.1 to SVN. However,
svn and I are not at good terms in general, even worse regarding
svn-buildpackage.

Therefore I'm not sure whether anything is in place. A first test
looked primising, a confirmation from outside would make me feel
better, though.
