I am Mr. Jaggi. a private consultant from Zurich, I represent the interest of a minister in the Syrian Government,  As you probably know, there is a lot of crises going on currently in Syria and my client is currently planing to resign from the ruling party and relocate to your country as soon as possible.

I have a mandate from the minister to help him find a reputable partner who can accommodate $32 Million American Dollars; we will handle the logistics involved in the transfer of the funds to you.

He has promised to offer us 30% of the total money as compensation for this unusual request because he understands that a lot of compromise and maneuver must be done from your side to be able to accommodate and convert this fund for investment in your country.
