[PKG-IRC-Maintainers] Svn to git migration for packages

Hi,

I would like to migrate inspircd package under git instead of svn.
I saw that atheme-services is under git but on collab-maint group.

What do you think, each project use collab-maint or should we create a
pkg-irc git repository ? I'll start the first now and i could later
import the history into an eventual pkg-irc repo if needed.
