Dear Maintainer,

it seems inspircd unconditionally prints colored messages upon startup,
creating lines like

| #033[1;32mInspire Internet Relay Chat Server#033[0m

in the log files. While purely cosmetical, it was nice if this could be
disabled. As far as I understand the source code, there is no option yet
to achive that.
