[Pkg-iscsi-maintainers] iscsitarget 1.4.20

Hi,

iscsitarget 1.4.20 has  been released. I checked it on my tree that I was 
preparing for 1.4.19 and everything looks good. The GPL OpenSSL linkage 
problem has been fixed.

Currently there is a problem with the way mod-ass is being called in 
iscsitarget-source to build modules. It doesn't pull in and apply a patch that 
upstream ships.

I should be able to fix it tomorrow and will request an upload then after some 
testing.
