[Pkg-iscsi-maintainers] Bug#514924: updated open-iscsi iBFT patch for testing

Hello Ritesh,

i've adopted the patch for testing's open-iscsi version. It really is 
pretty useful here for our servers running intel NICs with iscsi boot.

Would be nice to see it included.
