I have been trying today to see if I can put up an experimental package
(given that upstream delay is still uncertain).
But the delta in between 2.6.32 - 2.6.38 is in many bits n' pieces. Even
after all the patching I still get this error.

I'm assuming you're referring here to Arne's patch dated 03/12/2011?

I'll see if I can figure it out tomorrow.
