Looking at the logs, can you provide some more pointers?
There's a lot of stack involved in your setup.

* Do you have a definite pattern to trigger the bug ?
* If I had to trigger it only with iscsitarget, will it be easy ? What
would be the steps to reproduce ?
* Does it happen when doing I/O ?
* Does it happen when triggering cluster faults or port failures ?

The iSCSI version in Debian does not use any external patches so the
issue referenced in this bug report should not apply.
