[Pkg-iscsi-maintainers] Bug#645582: /etc/sysctl.d/30-iscsitarget.conf fails on boot "Invalid argument" setting key "net.ipv4.tcp_mem"

I think I've fixed this issue in that version of the package. We do not ship
it anymore. It might be a leftover from the previous versions. You can
safely delete it.

In the next version I'll take care of handling this stray file.
