[Pkg-iscsi-maintainers] dh(1)-based packaging pushed to unstable, signed my old git tags

I just pulled in the changes and had a look. Wow.. That's a lot of
clean-up you've done. :-)

Let's get this into Unstable asap, so that users can use any report
bugs, if any.
