[Pkg-iscsi-maintainers] Uploading open-iscsi to sid

Hi Ritesh,

now that open-isns with the renamed udeb has been accepted into
the archive (and has been built on all archs but the two ports
that always lag behind quite a bit), I'll upload open-iscsi to
unstable within the hour. (Based on the current experimental
version + some minor changes.)

I've already pushed everything to git.

After the upload I'll open a jessie-pu request with the release
team for fixing #833917 in stable, so we can have that fixed
for the next point release.
