hi,

last weeks i spend a lot of time to successfully boot my ubuntu/debian
servers with offloaded iscsi session. I have some (bnx2x bnx2i) cards. The
required modules are available (iscsi_ibft, bnx2i and bnx2x).

The userland tool iscsistart seems not to support offloaded iscsi sessions.
Also the userland tool iscsiuio to communicate with the bnx2x cards is
missing.


Can someone tell me why this tool (iscsistart) do not support offloaded
iscsi sessions and why the required tool iscsiuio is no in the official
package open-iscsi?
