[Pkg-iscsi-maintainers] IscsiTarget in strech

Hi,
I would like to know if there is a way to implement a iscsi target whitout
the iscsitarget package?
Is there a reason why iscsitarget package is missing in strech?
Do I need to install another distribution to make it work?
