I think we should keep it for non translation updates and group
translation updates in their own sections:
  [ISO-3166 translations]
  * Foo updated. Closes: #xxxxxx  
  * Bar added. Closes: #xxxxxx
  [ISO-639 translations]
  * Foo updated. Closes: #xxxxxx  
  * Bar added. Closes: #xxxxxx
  [Christian Perrier]
  * Other change
  [Tobias Toedter]
  * Other other change
etc.
Sorting translation updated alphabetically would also probably help a
little or, at least make the list nicer. And separate updates from new
translations, of course.
