[Pkg-isocodes-devel] New version?

I suggest we release the 1.01 version of iso-codes now that etch has
been released.

We should maybe use this occasion to try adopting a release numbering
scheme. I propose:

- Major version: use this for data organisation changes (like the
switch to XML)

- Level 1 minor version: use this when one of the ISO list is updated

- Level 2 minor version: use this when only translations are updated

- Increment the Debian release number when the only changes are Debian
packaging stuff

That would mean that the new version should be 1.1 (with 1.1-1 for the
Debian package) and further updates (for instances, the quite probable
updates to ISO_639) would be 1.1.1, 1.1.2, etc.
