[Pkg-isocodes-devel] Typo in iso_3166_2-1.4 PO file

Hi everyone :)

It was great to see all the Vietnamese provinces with diacritics in  
the 1.4 update. However, one name has a typo:

#. name for VN-65
msgid "Hồ Chí Minh, thành phố [Sài Gàn]"

It's:

Sài Gòn

not

Sài Gàn
