[Pkg-isocodes-devel] [bug] there is no TW-HSZ in iso_3166_2.pot

Hello,

following entries[1] appear in iso_3166_2.xml but not in
iso_3166_2.pot, I think it's a bug in iso2pot.py, which can't deal
with multi iso_3166_subset items in one iso_3166_country item.

please fix it, thanks
