About this specific part and French translation of ISO codes, I'm
currently discussing with Debian French translators.

The point is that French names are part of the standard, which is
bilingual English/French so, strictly speaking, I (as French
translator, not as iso-codes maitnainer) should just copy/paste French
names for languages/countries/whatever from the relevant standard to
the French PO file.

However, when it comes at languages, it is pretty obvious that the
names are most often used in objects like combo boxes or so and should
therefore be capitalized even if language names should not be
capitalized in French (while they should be in English.

So, I will soon correct the ISO-639 fr.po file to reflect this.
