[Pkg-isocodes-devel] Add ISO 15924 to iso-codes?

Hi,

please find below a message from the Slovak translator. His proposal
seems sensible to me. What do you think?

I propose you include also ISO 15924, Codes for the representation of
names of scripts. The registration authority is the Unicode Consortium
and the normative version appears to be available here:
http://unicode.org/iso15924/codelists.html
So far I have stumbled upon their occurence Qt.
I attached a Python script which will create an .xml file from the
source CSV, see details inside.
