Sorry that my question was not clear. Yes, that's what I mean.
Because some of the entries deviated a little bit from ISO one,
but identical to ICU one.

Definitely not opposing it; actually I'd support using ICU list as well,
as it addressed some inaccuracies of the ISO list. (Sadly the
translations from ICU are somewhat dubious [1], at least for Chinese)
