To make things clearer, we could maybe offer commit access to those
who want to maintain this translation in Debian so that we no longer
receive Debian bug reports for translation updates.

Then, we could decide that we always redirect ppl who report update to
either the TP...or our SVN, but no more to Debian BTS.
